Users are scoped to an environment, so we count them per environment and roll the totals up across every tenant and environment in your organization: your MAU is the account-wide total. We count unique users, not sessions or sign-ins, and sign-ins are always unlimited.
Your first one million monthly active users are free. Above that, usage costs $1,000 per additional one million MAU per month, calculated proportionally from your actual monthly usage. Past five million MAU, pricing is custom, get in touch with sales for a committed-volume quote.
