What is a Monthly Active User (MAU)?
A Monthly Active User is a unique user who has authenticated through Authdog at least once in a calendar month. We count unique users, not sessions or sign-ins.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. If you exceed them, we'll help you upgrade to a suitable plan. Your service will continue to work without interruption.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated accordingly.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Our Free plan is generous and includes most features you need to get started. You can upgrade to paid plans when you need higher limits or advanced features.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
